The DCAS is an ultra high accuracy differential pressure measurement device that can be combined with multiple static pressure sensors to control and optimize aisle pressurization. Specifically designed for data centers, the dual channel transmitter provides reliable readings to maximize energy efficiency.
Why is Aisle Pressurization in Data Centers important?
Data Center Aisle pressurization is maintaining a specific pressure differential between the hot and cold aisle while introducing new cold air and removing hot air to being conditioned. Accurately measuring the pressure differences between hot and cold aisles in data centers helps maintain the right temperatures and airflow necessary for highly efficient equipment operation.
Why is the DCAS different?
The DCAS' dual-stacked transducer technology allows the accuracy to be maintained throughout the turn down ratio. Multiple sensing points (S.A.P.s) can be tied together from the aisle to sense the whole aisles total pressure and comparing it against the reference. S.A.P.s can be installed suspended, surface mounted or recessed in the room.
