ONICON BTU meters use precision-matched temperature sensors that provide excellent differential accuracy. When combined with ONICON flow meters that operate with a very wide turndown, the BTU meters provide the data required to effectively trend energy demand and allocate cost. The System-40 is available with a BACnet MS/TP or MODBUS RTU interface. The System-10 and System-30 are available with LONWorks®, Johnson Controls-N2, Siemens-P1, BACnet® and MODBUS® interface cards.

|System-10||The System-10 is a flexible design that is provided with a pair of bath-calibrated temperature sensors that are custom calibrated for each application. It can be used with any of ONICON’s liquid flow meters. This allows the flow meter to be matched to the application. The versatile design is available with a variety of output signal options including pulse, analog, and serial network.|
|System-40||The System-40 is provided as a complete Btu measurement system specifically designed for sub-metering applications. It includes a pair of matched temperature sensors, an integral inline ultrasonic flow sensor and local/remote display. This compact system is available for use in piping systems ranging in size from ½” through 2½” with flow rates ranging from 0.03 to 250 GPM. Versions are available with a BACnet MS/TP or MODBUS RTU communications interface and auxiliary pulse terminals configurable for either pulse inputs, pulse outputs, a combination of the two, or even a single analog output.|
|System-30||The System-30 BTU Meter provides accurate thermal energy measurement in chilled water, hot water and condenser water systems based on signal inputs from two integral, matched temperature sensors and an integral ONICON inline turbine meter. (Max flow rate 38 GPM.)|
